What You’ll Be Doing

Remote CSR operates under Remote Career Consultants LLC and provides recruiting and administrative support for independent contractors servicing clients through third-party virtual call center platforms.

Contractors may service clients through platforms such as Arise Virtual Solutions, which connects major brands with independent agents working from home.

As a Remote Customer Support Contractor, you may:

• Answer inbound customer service calls (no cold calling or telemarketing)
• Assist customers with account maintenance, scheduling, billing, orders, and general inquiries
• Select the client program you prefer (based on availability)
• Choose your own servicing schedule within client guidelines

This is independent contract work — not traditional employment.

There are no resumes or interviews required by Remote CSR. However, client programs may have onboarding requirements that must be completed before servicing.

This opportunity is for independent contractors. Contractors are responsible for completing onboarding requirements, meeting client performance standards, and maintaining required equipment.

Earnings

Compensation is client-specific. Most available client programs range approximately between $10–$17 per hour depending on the client contract selected.

Contractors are informed of pay rates prior to selecting a client program.

Program Fees

A one-time $25 application and enrollment fee is required to begin.

Once activated, contractors incur ongoing deductions of $44.75 per pay period, which includes:

• $25 Remote CSR administrative fee
• $19.75 third-party platform fee
