Remote Career Consultants LLLC , partner company for The Remote CSR Program we partner with Arise Virtual Solutions, a trusted platform that connects Fortune 500 companies with everyday people (like you!) to provide inbound customer service — all from home.

Here’s what that means for you:

  • You’ll be answering inbound calls only — no cold calling or telemarketing.

  • You’ll assist customers with account maintenance, scheduling, orders, billing, and general inquiries.

  • You’ll choose your own client and the type of work you’d like to do.

  • You’ll set your own schedule and work as much (or as little) as you’d like.

This is independent contract work, not a traditional job — which means no interviews, no resumes, and total flexibility to work when it fits your life.

Are there any fees to join the Remote CSR program?

Yes. Payroll is direct deposited, a $25 administrative fee is deducted from your earnings twice per month. This fee supports contractor onboarding, administrative services, and ongoing program support.

Are there any other required fees?

Yes. Contractors service clients through an independent third-party platform. The platform requires a $19.75 call routing and background screening fee, which is set and collected by the platform directly, not Remote CSR. The total amount deducted from payroll is Remote CSR $25 Contractor Fee and third party platform $19.75= Total $44.75 per pay period. This covers administrative cost for contractors and third party platform. No additional fees.

Does Remote CSR collect the platform fee?

No. The $19.75 platform fee is not collected or controlled by Remote CSR. It is a requirement of the third-party platform used to service clients.

Are there any hidden or additional fees?

No. There are no additional ongoing program fees beyond what is clearly disclosed

What support is available?

We provide ongoing contractor coaching and platform technical support and resources to help you succeed in your role as a remote agent.

How do I get paid?

You’ll need a computer (tablets or MACs won't work), headset, and decent HARDWIRED internet (better than 10 MbPS download and 3 MbPS upload). Your computer must have an i core processor of i5- 7000, i7- 5000, or any i9 and must have a Windows 11 operating system.

What equipment will I need?

The pay is client-specific, in that each client has their own pay rates. However, there are some clients that pay upwards of $10-$17/hr. You will know which pays which before you sign up with any specific client.
