Nomad Search Partners LLC connects motivated individuals with remote customer service opportunities. As a Remote CSR, you'll provide virtual client support from home, working as an independent contractor with the flexibility to set your own schedule.
Program Overview
The Remote CSR Program is designed for self-motivated individuals who want the flexibility of freelance work combined with the structure of real training and ongoing support. Contractors choose from multiple client programs and build a schedule that fits their life.
Compensation: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment — you set your own schedule and operate as your own small business. Pay is client-specific, and program and platform fees apply, but total costs are typically still lower than the payroll taxes withheld from a W-2 paycheck. This program is best suited for self-motivated individuals comfortable managing their own home office and business expenses — we are not recruiting for traditional W-2 positions. Program Requirements
To qualify for the Remote CSR Program, applicants must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Be a resident of an eligible state (currently: AL, AK, AZ, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WY) — see our full Program Fees page for details
Be willing to work as an independent contractor under a 1099 agreement
Have a quiet, dedicated home workspace free from interruptions
Equipment Requirements
A desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Mac computers are not compatible with client platforms)
Windows 11 operating system
Intel Core i5-7000, i7-5000, or i9 processor (or better)
Wired internet connection: minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
USB headset

What equipment will I need?
You’ll need a computer (tablets or MACs won't work), headset, and decent HARDWIRED internet (better than 10 MbPS download and 3 MbPS upload). Your computer must have an i core processor of i5- 7000, i7- 5000, or any i9 and must have a Windows 11 operating system.
How do I get paid?
Payroll is direct deposited twice per month. Two deductions apply each pay period: a $25 Remote CSR Program Fee and a $19.75 Arise portal usage fee (see our full Program Fees page for the complete breakdown). Pay is client-specific, in that each client has their own pay rates, and you will know which rate applies before you sign up with any specific client.
