Remote CSR Program
Step 1: Confirm Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be 18 years or older
Live in the U.S.
Have a quiet home workspace
Own a computer (desktop or laptop), wired internet, and a USB headset
Be willing to work as an independent contractor (1099)
Step 2: Complete the Remote CSR Application
Submit your 1099 Contractor Agreement and provide basic contact info and availability.
Submit your Remote CSR Application: Once submitted and processed you will be contacted by a member of our team to move to the next steps in the application process.
**Once your assessment and application is received and processed you will be invited to the technical session to setup your home office and computer systems for training class.
Step 3: Attend a Contractor Coaching/ Enrollment Call/ Technical Session
Learn how the Remote CSR Program works
Understand the difference between W-2 vs 1099 work
Review expectations, timelines, and earning structure
Be prepared to ask any questions you have be training class
Step 4: Program Enrollment
Enroll in the Remote CSR 1099 Program
Receive access to onboarding instructions and resources
Sign program and independent contractor agreements
Step 5: Complete Required Setup
This may include:
Background check (if required by the client platform)
Technical readiness check
Creating accounts with approved virtual call center platforms
Selecting available client programs
Step 6: Training & Certification
Complete required client or platform training
Pass certification or assessments (if applicable)
Choose schedule blocks or availability
Training requirements vary by client.
Step 7: Start Working Remotely
Begin taking calls or handling customer interactions
Get paid as a 1099 contractor based on hours, talk time, or production

What equipment will I need?
You’ll need a computer (tablets or MACs won't work), headset, and decent HARDWIRED internet (better than 10 MbPS download and 3 MbPS upload). Your computer must have an i core processor of i5- 7000, i7- 5000, or any i9 and must have a Windows 11 operating system.
How do I get paid?
Payroll is direct deposited twice per month and there is a $25 deduction for payroll and administrative call center fee's. The pay is client-specific, in that each client has their own pay rates. In general, you won’t be looking at much less than the mid-$12/hr range. However, there are some clients that pay upwards of $15-$17/hr. You will know which pays which before you sign up with any specific client.
