Inbound CSR I

Remote CSR -1099 Independent Contracting Position.

Training and production is 100% online. Maintaining an excellent work ethic and compliance is essential for longevity with this wonderful opportunity. It is important that you are willing to learn new skills to succeed as a remote contractor.

Our virtual teams select the client they would like to service and create their own work schedules. As a contractor you are responsible for your home office expenses and training certifications

Wow callers with great service - being an active listener and communicator - helping callers uncover the best solution.

Requirements

  • Successfully pass a background check screening

  • Achieve all pre-work assessments and training certification with a minimum score of 98%

  • Have a quiet space in your home to take incoming calls. Free from distractions.

  • Serve as an initial point of contact for inquiries and concerns taking inbound calls.

  • Provide support for existing and prospective clients via inbound telephone calls.

  • Resolve concerns for our clients in the following industries: Retail, Finance, IT and Hospitality and many more.

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals as appropriate.

  • Display patience and empathy

  • Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and eloquent customer service support.

    Also would be great to have:

    • Two plus years of experience in a customer facing call center environment

    • Proven experience using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies and/or in providing customer support through virtual communication channels (email, chat, video calls) for a minimum of two years.

    What it takes to succeed:

    • Minimum of one year of consistent inbound call support experience working in a customer support environment. (Within the past two years)

    • Quiet and secure working environment so you can manage a consistent flow of calls and client interaction without the disruption/distraction of others.

    • Ability to connect to the Internet with an Ethernet Cable with the following Internet speed requirements:

      • Ping speed lower than 50 milliseconds (ms)

      • Download speed greater than 25.0 megabits per second (mbps)

      • Upload greater than 10.0 mbps

      • 8 gigabytes internet speed on PC or laptop

    • High School diploma or equivalent

    • Background screenings are required.

Payroll is direct deposited twice per month and there is a $25 deduction for payroll and administrative call center fee's.

How do I get paid?

You’ll need a computer (tablets or MACs won't work), headset, and decent HARDWIRED internet (better than 10 MbPS download and 3 MbPS upload). Your computer must have an i core processor of i5- 7000, i7- 5000, or any i9 and must have a Windows 11 operating system.

What equipment will I need?

The pay is client-specific, in that each client has their own pay rates. In general, you won’t be looking at much less than the mid-$12/hr range. However, there are some clients that pay upwards of $15-$17/hr. You will know which pays which before you sign up with any specific client.
