Remote CSR Program Fees

Transparency is important to us. Below is a clear breakdown of all program-related fees. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment — contractors set their own schedule and operate as their own small business. Even with these fees included, total costs are typically still lower than the payroll taxes withheld from a W-2 paycheck, and this structure works best for individuals already comfortable managing their own home office and business expenses.

One-Time Application & Enrollment Fee

A one-time $25 application and enrollment fee is required at the time of submission.

This fee covers:

• Application processing
• Initial onboarding guidance
• Administrative setup
• Access to contractor readiness materials

This fee is separate from any ongoing deductions.

Remote CSR Administrative Fee (After Activation)

Once activated and servicing a client contract, a $25 administrative fee will be deducted twice per month from contractor earnings.

This fee supports:

• Ongoing administrative services
• Contractor support
• Program management
• Compliance oversight

Arise Portal Usage Fee (Third-Party Platform)

Contractors service clients through an independent third-party platform.

That platform requires a $19.75 fee per pay period. This fee is:

• Set by the platform
• Collected directly by the platform
• Not controlled by Remote CSR

Total Ongoing Deductions Per Pay Period

• Remote CSR Program Fee: $25 (charged by Remote CSR)

• Arise Portal Usage Fee: $19.75 (charged directly by Arise — Remote CSR does not collect or control this fee)

• Combined Total: $44.75 per pay period
