Program Fees

Transparency is important to us. Below is a clear breakdown of all program-related fees.

One-Time Application & Enrollment Fee

A one-time $25 application and enrollment fee is required at the time of submission.

This fee covers:

• Application processing
• Initial onboarding guidance
• Administrative setup
• Access to contractor readiness materials

This fee is separate from any ongoing deductions.

Remote CSR Administrative Fee (After Activation)

Once activated and servicing a client contract, a $25 administrative fee will be deducted twice per month from contractor earnings.

This fee supports:

• Ongoing administrative services
• Contractor support
• Program management
• Compliance oversight

Third-Party Platform Fee

Contractors service clients through an independent third-party platform.

That platform requires a $19.75 fee per pay period. This fee is:

• Set by the platform
• Collected directly by the platform
• Not controlled by Remote CSR

Total Ongoing Deductions Per Pay Period

Remote CSR Administrative Fee: $25
Third-Party Platform Fee: $19.75

Total: $44.75 per pay period
