Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using remotecsr.com (the "Site"), operated by Nomad Search Partners LLC ("Remote CSR," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Description of Services: Remote CSR provides a structured contractor readiness and activation program designed to help individuals prepare for and transition into independent contractor opportunities servicing virtual call center clients. We provide guidance, onboarding support, and information; we do not guarantee employment, placement, or income.
Independent Contractor Relationship: Individuals who complete the Remote CSR program and go on to service virtual call center clients do so as independent contractors, not as employees of Nomad Search Partners LLC or Remote CSR. We are not a party to any contractor agreement between you and a virtual call center client.
No Guarantee of Income or Placement: Participation in the Remote CSR Program does not guarantee acceptance, activation, placement, or any specific level of income. Outcomes vary based on individual effort, qualifications, and third-party client requirements.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in the United States to participate in the Remote CSR Program.
User Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate information during the application and onboarding process and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
Intellectual Property: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Nomad Search Partners LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Third-Party Links and Services: The Site may reference or link to third-party platforms, including virtual call center clients. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Site and the Remote CSR Program are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomad Search Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the Remote CSR Program.
Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
